Ideal for small renovations (e.g. 3 Bedroom house, the ground floor of a medium sized house, one open plan living area etc.). This service aims to provide you with conceptual ideas to create your perfect space.

Suitable for first time home buyers & existing homes needing a revamp. Perfect for you if your home needs internal reconfiguration and a new scheme.

This service is concluded with a full design concept document including everything you will need to create your unique space. The proposed design document takes approximately 2 weeks.

WHAT is included:

• Welcome Pack and Questionnaire

• 90 minute briefing consultation

• Summary of your project brief, your interior design style and how to achieve your vision

• 2D layouts, drawn to scale, presenting space planning and furniture placements x 3 options

• Digital mood boards and inspirational images to illustrate your vision

• Colour schemes including wallpaper choice

• Trade discounts

• 1 round of revisions

• 14 days contact, post design document delivery, including email contact and 1 phone/video call, up to 40 mins.

And a choice of one of the following to your package…..or more as additional items with and additional fee.

• Survey of existing space – If no architectural plans

• 3D in black & white visual of your preferred 2D floor plan proposal (to be agreed prior to design document delivery)

• Shopping list of agreed items (1-5 pieces of, furniture lighting, accessories and materials/finishes per room)

• Joinery details of 1 bespoke piece (these will have to be confirmed and finalized with your chosen joiner before production) - I will be available via email and phone for any design correspondence for the duration of the build.

• Electric and Lighting design plan (these will have to be confirmed and finalized with your chosen electrician before works commence) - I will be available via email and phone for questions.

• Additional 2D plans or revisions

HOW does it work:

01.Preparation Phase

  • Welcome Pack & Questionnaire.

    The Welcome pack is a full documents which provides you with all the information you need to get your project started. I always ask my clients to fill out a questionnaire in the beginning, this is to have an initial idea of the scope of works you are after.

02.Brief Development

  • 90min Consultation at your home. This, is where I get to meet you and get to know you, look at your space and discuss your aspirations.

    This is an opportunity to tell me as much as possible about your ideas, vision and aspirations.

  • Existing photographs of your space

  • Small survey of key items & space

03.Concept Stage

  • Approximately 2-4 weeks

  • Review your aspirations and current layout

  • Assess possible layout changes to improve function

  • Draw up layout proposals in CAD (computer aided drawing) x 3

  • Digital concept document including mood boards, colour scheme and any furniture & lighting pieces.

  • Once you receive your design document you will have the opportunity to have me revise either a floor plan or mood board of your choice.

    If you feel that you would like more than one revision that can be requested at an additional cost.

04.Development

  • Email checkin on your progress

  • Offer any additional support/services

06.Follow Up

  • 4 weeks additional design support via email

  • Ideal if you wish to ask for an opinion on design pieces, or need help making a choice.

1.   Who is this service for?

This is ideal for you if you are planning a renovation and need help with your layouts and overall scheme.

2.   When should you book it?

Ideally book this as soon as your planning works to your home. If you already have an idea of what you want to achieve but need help finalising your vision.

3.   I already have architectural drawings do you need these?

Yes please, these will help me understand your existing space and work with the proposals already in place. Depending on the scale of your works it would be ideal if you already have plans showing the existing drainage and any fixed joinery.

4.   What are the benefits of this service

Benefits might include: Making better use of space, improving the flow of spaces, concept ideas and mood boards to tie your scheme together. Furniture and lighting ideas as well as colour choices.

5.   What happens during our 90min consultation?

This is where we meet and I get to know your personality and I get to see your unique home. The aim of this meeting is for you to tell me as much as possible what works you are planning, what your vision and aspirations are. If you have any inspirational images please do show them to me. I may take a few measurements and photographs to aid my development of your design document and floor plans.

6.   Will we receive a cad version of the drawings?

Yes, you will receive 3 Floor plan options drawn up in cad to scale.  

7.    Can I record our consultation?

Absolutely, I encourage you too as we will be covering and discussing a lot during our 90min session. If after our meeting you think of something that wasn’t discussed please email me any additional information.
